Hi, I’m Stephanïe, and like many of you, I’ve walked the path of carrying emotional burdens from my childhood into my adult life. For years, I felt a profound sense of disconnection, as though I was moving through life with a wall between me and the joy I knew I deserved. I was in a constant state of high alertness, always waiting for the next emotional blow, which prevented me from fully experiencing the beauty and happiness of childhood.

It wasn’t until I discovered the power of inner child work and therapeutic art that I began to unravel these old wounds and reconnect with my true Self. This journey wasn’t easy, but it was deeply transformative, allowing me to find the peace and joy I had been missing for so long.
